In the event Westlake Electronic Supply is unable to provide an actual image of a product, they reserve the right to substitute a similar image for the one described in the product information. While Westlake Electronic Supply tries in good faith to make sure that the information displayed is accurate, they are not responsible for typographical errors or technical inaccuracies. Items listed as “Usually Ships in (X) Days” are generally available or expected to be available soon; once the items you ordered are in stock, we'll package and ship them to you. You will be notified immediately by an Westlake Electronic Supply representative if one or more of the items that you have ordered is not available.
Westlake Electronic Supply will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control, including without limitation, product unavailability, carrier delays, delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of power, labor problems, acts of war, terrorism, general insurrection, acts of God or acts of any government or agency. Any shipping dates provided by Westlake Electronic Supply are estimates only.
All returns must have an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number assigned by Westlake Electronic Supply. This can be obtained by call our Customer Service Department at 425-286-1900 or by using the Contact Us feature of this website. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box or the box may be refused. Make note of your return tracking number. Westlake Electronic Supply cannot issue credit for return shipments that do not arrive. Ship all returns, with original packaging and all product components pre-paid to:

If Westlake Electronic Supply deems that a product is defective and still within the manufacturer's warranty period, we will repair or replace the product, issue a refund, or credit your account at our discretion. Products accepted for return for reasons other than defect or error by Westlake Electronic Supply will be assessed a standard 15% re-stocking fee and must be received within 30 days from date of shipment. Manufacturer re-stocking fees greater than 15% will be assessed on top of Westlake Electronic Supply standard fee.
Items returned due to non-defective reasons must be in a resaleable state with original packaging and any included materials and/or accessories intact. Shipping and/or handling charges are not returnable or refundable. Products beyond 30 days of shipment will not be accepted for return for credit. Credit, when issued, will be in the same form as the original payment. Please allow two to four weeks after receipt of product by Westlake Electronic Supply for credit to be issued. Should it be deemed that credit cannot be issued, you will be notified as to the reason and we will ask what your instructions for disposition of the product will be. Cash sales will be refunded by Westlake Electronic Supply check at our next normally scheduled check printing interval.
Custom or special order products are only returnable due to manufacturing defects or error by Westlake Electronic Supply.
